I started this blog as a way to track my daily painting. Since then lots of things have changed. I am in the studio every day and I'm teaching a lot. This blog will focus on the work that I'm doing myself and sometimes feature the work of my brilliant students.

My Annual Trip
I drove to the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve yesterday. It was a perfect day.
Although it was crowded I managed to find a spot to set up and got this 90% finished painting. Will take to the studio for finishing touches.
